Non runner, on electrical issues, Vipec i88 update to a Link G4+ firmware, CAN Lambda and CAN Network installed, injectors flow tested, idling issues hopefully resolved and remapped, boost leaks galore sorted with rebuilt throttle body, new pace intercooler, injector seals and custom fabricated boost pipes from Schuband Autoworks!
Evo 8 - SD Conversion, 80 series turbo, Kelford 272 cams, HKS adjustable pulleys,HKS timiong belt, Manley Ti valve springs and retainers, 4" KN filter and Rossport pipe, Walbro 255 fuel pump, 3 port boost solenoid, Racetech tubular exhaust manifold, JMF fabrications bonnet exit screamer pipe with full stainless exhaust, ETS 3.5" intercooler, AMS fuel rail, SARD fuel pressure regulator.
Evo 8 - Carry out cylinder leakage test which found leakage between no 1 and 2.
Head pressure tested, skimmed, valves and seats recut, valve stem seals replaced and broken stud removed. Block deck checked. Replace stock head bolts with ARP head studs, new kelford 264 cams with new cam seals, timing belts replaced, remapped to a safer level as previous map was knocking severly! Oil and coolant service.
Evo 6 - Many many boost leaks required throttle body rebuilt, timing belts and pulleys replaced, engine Oil service, plugs changed and gapped, new Actuator, lash adjusters replaced, Apexi air filter, metal recirc valve, Walbro 255 fuel pump, 3 port boost solenoid, remap with switch map, pops and bangs.
